Keith has spent the last 15 years in leadership positions in high technology and professional services firms. His experience managing a busy, dynamic environment contributes to his ability to support clients handling complex transactions. In addition, his highly analytical background helps him identify and compile data to give his clients a distinct market advantage.
In 2015, Keith turned a life-long passion for real estate into a career. He has renovated multiple properties and often advises clients and builders on the best ways to enhance the market value of properties.
Prior to finding a “home” in real estate, Don has spent the last 15 years working in the information technology space. While doing so, he purchased his very first home in 2003 and immediately realized an interest and passion for the real estate industry.
Fast forward to 2015 when Don put this interest into action to become a Washington State Real Estate Broker. He marries together his real estate knowledge, business/negotiation skills and technology abilities to help clients find, purchase, and market properties in the very competitive Seattle landscape. He prides himself on using these skills plus his natural attention to detail to make the process as seamless and enjoyable as possible for buyers and sellers alike.
In his spare time, Don is a private pilot and enjoys taking friends and family on flights around the Pacific Northwest. The name Approach Realty is a nod to this interest in aviation.
